Neck & shoulders

Find somewhere comfy to sit, somewhere peaceful if your able, perhaps some soothing or relaxing music. if your on a chair have both feet on the ground. back as straight as possible. Take 3 deep breaths, more if it's been a stressful day and begin to bring your awareness how your body is feeling, where you may feel tight, stiff or painful.

Applying heat, hotwater bottle or wheatgrass heat pads for 10 mins beforehand will add to the relaxation.

The short routine is just a suggestion, ideas to get you started with focus on the top of the shoulders, neck and base of skull with the addition of some simple stretches.
